Period issue
My age 31 yrs old, My periods usually arrive on time, with a cycle length of 26–28 days; however, for the past 3–4 months, the bleeding has been very light—I only use 2–3 pads a day, and the period ends quickly. Suggest some medicines for this isse

If symptoms persist for another 2–3 cycles, consider evaluation with CBC, TSH, serum prolactin, and a pelvic ultrasound.

Firstly address the cause which can cause this problem.Its better to get Ultrasonography and blood for TSH, Prolactin done which are very basics and might cause such symptoms. If you are on any birth control pill that might affect your menstrual blood flow and duration. Also more importantly you have to do basic lifestyle modifications including healthy eating , regular exercises which might help you improve the condition
