I had dengue during my last period . Now the due date was a week ago and i still havent had my periods. When will they come? I have a himalayan trekk this coming week. I dont know if i can do it. I have a heavy flow problem and i might need to change every 3 hours. Changing pads in the middle of the trekk will be difficult as it will b a 7 hr trekk
