I have 25 days cycle.on 1st august got spotting for 3days after that heavy bleeding.again August 22 I got spotting.i thought my period came but that was only spotting.i did upt on 27 which was negative.i consult dr c advised me for ultrasound nd tsh prolactin.c prescribed me regestone tablet for 28 days.in ultrasound report 26mm intramural fibroid in uterus nd 28mm follicles found in right overy.prolactin nd tsh normal.i m taking eltroxin 50 mg for thyroid.bt from 27 august I m taking regestrone tablet bt still when I pass urine little black spotting came 2 times in whole day.and mild pain in lower abdomen.m trying for post pregnancy.what to do?
