Asked for Female, 15 Years

Two months ago, I got my period two weeks after the previous one. Online forums stated this was a sign of pregnancy and the period is light and last a few days. However this was the heaviest period ive ever had and ive never had sex or any sexual encounters. A month after this my period was 4 days late. I was scared so I took Vitamin C capsules to induce a period and it worked. I've been looking into home abortion remedies because I'm scared my parents will think I'm pregnant. What should I do?
