For long term health benefits it’s best to bring out lifestyle changes which include
Diet rich in greens, fibre , fresh vegetables , seasonal fruits .
Regular exercise which could start with 30 mins brisk walk everyday and progress to intensive cardio sessions lasting 30-45 minutes eg. Zumba, aerobics , swimming, running etc
Reduce salt and sugar intake
No processed foods especially no processed meat which are known to increase inflammation in the body causing long term hormonal imbalances
Daily sun exposure for 20-30 minutes
Regular sleep patterns : sleep for 6 hours a day at a fixed time ; body functions as per a biological clock called circadian rhythm if this gets disturbed that’s when issues like weight gain , hormonal imbalances is known to occur
