Perianal Abcess

I have been suffering from Perianal abcess since 2013. During this times i have undergone operation 3 times. Every year i suffer from this. There is no sign of stopping. Please advice me a permanant solution. What kind of operation should i go for now. I am in pain again. Should i undergo fitula operation alongwith it?? Kindly advice.
