Hi! I have reactive high bp for years now- taking telmisartan 40 mg- my best bp readings are in the morning- stress free clear mind but as day progresses the bp shoots n stays around 135/85 till evening n heart rate can rise high esp if i walk around - yesterday it was 125/130 while doing normal house work
Doctor not giving any extra med since it will lower the true baseline of morning-
Will exercise n weight loss help to reduce this!

Health Tips
Avoid brisk walking, heavy lifting, and while walking if u can feel your own heart rate please rest for 10-15 mins and then continue.
do not worry , Yes, 100% exercise and weight loss will help. Don't do 30 minutes of heavy work all at once. Break it into three 10 minute slow walks. Avoid lifting heavy buckets or furniture, and don't hold your breath while working. Never sit down abruptly after walking. Walk slowly for 2 minutes to let your heart rate come down gently. pickles, papads, and namkeen reduce these and drink plenty of water
Nothing to worry.dont take stress and anxiety. Its also increased crease bp slightly. Continue your medicine at time and also you need to follow healthy dietary habits and lifestyle modifications.
You need to know the cause of fast pulse rate, whether anxiety, hyperthyroidism, left ventricular strain, anemia, any one or more of these causes. Get Haemoglobin, echo, ecg, thyroid profile done and share results.
As such 135/85 is normal b.p. B.p. can fluctuate throughout day, but should not cross normal limits.
Yes it definitely maintain on exercise and proper weight management. But as your age is 29 ,it’s young hypertensive. Did you got evaluated for that
Health Tips
BP should be monitored in sitting position , 2 cms above cubital fossa without prior taking tea, coffe or any exercise before. You should be calm just before taking bp
