Please help me... I consult doctor at sita bateja hospital Dr. Praveen for Penis wound e suggest me to take tablets for 4days morning and night Azithromycin 500mg last December 2016 after week wound got clear and I again I got same wound last month feb2017 I took same tablets for a week and cleared... but again I got wound April 2017.. please give me permanent cure for this pain... help me Doctors please
