I got wound on Penis head.i Consult doctor at sita bateja hospital last December 2016.. doc suggest me azitromicin tablet morning and night for 4days.i took tablets as doctor suggested me slowly wound got cure but I got same wound last month again in Feb 2017 I took same tablet for 1week and slowly it got clear but again this April 2017 same wound.. plz help me out give me permanent cure for me
