Hello, it's been I think 1 year since i noticed this weird white-ish swelling below the neck of my penis on both sides at first i didn't pay much attention to it but now i feel like it's spread more. I don't feel any pain when i touch it, though when i took a macro shot of it using my phone it looks like small stick like strands help me figure this out.
