Penis shrinkage

Asked for Male, 34 Years

Hi, 3 months ago my penis head skin got rubbed by my underwear and had some scratches and wounds on it. I left it to heal but when it didn't heal properly I got antibiotics from doctor and xyloaid ointment. But it's too shrinked and thin specially when I am in standing position or walking and it's slightly gets better when sitting on bed or lying but still not like it used to be.
