Penis problem
I am suffering from a penis problem.i dont knw what it is... its literally white at the end and i cant open up the skin fully.. its so tight.. and j can see some bulb like structures in it sometimes through the small opening.i ve been suffering frm my early age . please help me with this. i dont knw what is this.
