Penis Pain

Asked for Male, 30 Years

I am having pain while erection and at base of penis. If I move erect penis towards left side it hurts and right no pain. It's for first 2 days after that I am having pain when not erect also. I believe some muscle or artery/nerve problem happened while intercourse. Applied ice pack. Now taking Flexon Mr. Urine color is normal and no pain while urinating. Is it penis fracture or any muscle damage.
