Penis itching and rashes
I have rashes under foreskin of penis and sometimes itching also occurs. I always clean my penis but somehow i dont know how it is happening. Its there for few months, first i thought it may get well sooner but its not happening. So can you please suggest which specialist doctor i have to consult.
