My penis itch and there is a few red spot, not painful and no painful urination nor discharge, i have mild UTI, i use QV cream and the red spots go away, but my meatus wil stilll be red/pink. I tried to masturbate and no painful ejeculation. But after that my meatus will be very red and the red spots will come back.
