My penis foreskin has a problem it is getting cracked like dry lips on winter, when I try to moe the foreskin back. While moving the foreskin it comes back very hard and tight leaving a bit of pain. When I try to clean /rub the foreskin after moving back i fee good but later it gives me pain. Pls suggest..
