Penis Health & Erectile Concerns
I initially had a yeast infection on my penis, which I treated with an antifungal ointment and it went away. However, it has started coming back. I am cleaning my penis twice daily, but I notice a white layer forming in the morning. I am not sure whether this is smegma or a recurrent yeast infection, but it disappears after cleaning. Another concern is that my foreskin gets stuck when my penis is erect -it gets stuck in the middle and does not fully retract. I have had sexual intercourse twice without pulling back my foreskin. After the second ejaculation, I experienced a strange sensation where nerve-like sensations went from my penis down to my legs. Since then, my penis does not achieve the same hardness during erections, and I have not been getting morning erections. I would like guidance on: 1.The cause of the white layer and whether it is smegma or a recurrent yeast infection 2.How to manage my foreskin issue. 3Assessment and treatment for weak erections and no morning erections.
