Penis head sensitive/skin tear/foul odor
My penile head has become very sensitive/ticklish lately. The foreskin gets cuts/tears very easily during intercourse and later it gets itchy and smelly with secretion of white stuff. My goin area skin also got tore and white/smelly secretion was observed there as well. When ever the area gets sweaty it starts itching and washing the area while bathing gives a very mild burning sensation. And lastly, sometimes right after I start peeing there is light cloudy/milky pee in the fraction of a second while i urinate and later it is normal. Is there any link between these condition and what can it be? Yeast infection? Or something else
