Before sex 2 days I have taken tada tablet 2 tablet and 1 tablet each day
I mastubrate for 3 days also
When I had done sex with girl I done sex for 2 days the sex done 2 times
After sex of 3rd me having thigh pain both legs I have taken flexon tablet the pain get down of thigh
Now on 4th day me having penis head something feel there a mild pain or burning above penis head area or above that penis skin
There is no discharge of ulcer are there
Is this related to hiv or sti or what??

Could be still or fungal Inflection. Take tab cefixime 200mg one daily for 3 days.
Apply betnovate C ointment, 2 times daily for 10days.
Avoid rubbing that part with soap while having a shower.
Moreover Tadafil itself can cause muscle aches as side effect. Why should you need it, as you are still young? Please share.

Usually the symptoms for sti or hiv do not come directly post intercourse. There is a particular incubation period for diseases. The pain is most likely due to soft tissue expansion caused by tada tablet. But the gum ulcer looks concerning, we can have it analysed after a detailed history.
