  4. Penis glans sensitivity. The treatment.

Penis glans sensitivity
My foreskin is tight, during erection it doesnt go back till head of the penis. During sex it goes back. But stucks there beyond head of penis. Penis head is very sensitive to touch & some painful to touch. Only after some penis size decrease it come back to cover head. If foreskin covers the head of penis  i can have normal ejaculation & pleasure. During normal state foreskin moves freely. Please suggest the treatment.
