Penis glans hard pimples
I have been getting these multiple firm hard nodules like pimples on my penis glans only. They remain red and hard for 2-3 months and then pop from which thick light yellow thread like thing comes out( only when glans is covered with foreskin but when i keep my foreskin retracted this yellow thing dries out). It heals after few weeks leaving  big huge open scars. I have never had sex in my life, not even oral sex. I have been to dermatologist, but he could not figure it out. He got me tested for STI, for which reports came negative. Please help me as during this corona times i cannot visit any clinic.
