I am 24 years old, used to masturbate daily for the last 4 years, there are dark spots in the glans of my penis, please tell any cream to remove it

Dark spots on penis do not mean disease or infection. There is no relation of masturbation to black spots. If there are ulcers or elevated areas ( Papules), they need “smear tests on a glass plate” to find out type of infection. Black spots with no other symptoms are not harmful. They need no treatment. Only you should be cautious for any change in their size or characteristics
