Penis foreskin tight and painfull
My penis foreskin has become tight due to which I am unable to pull it back over the penis head. Couple of times I tried pulling it back but I ended up slitting my penis skin which causes burns. I also get a lot of itchyness on the top of the skin. Kindly advise medication or remedy to this. I have not faced this problem ever since childhood. It's been 2 months since I have this issue.
