Penile vibrations?
So since a few months i have seen that randomly i will get bubbly type spams in my penis. I am not sure where they originate from it feels more like the base of the penis is pulsating. That kind of feeling.
If I masturbate it happens more often that when I don't. Today i was peeing and there was bubbly type pulsation/vibration in the base of penis. I don't have any burning sensation, I don't have uti, nor do I have any pain. What can this be?
I am not indulged in any sexual activities as well. Fairly active but have a sedentary lifestyle due to being in IT. Apart from that I do masturbate once a day.
Please help me i am scared.
