Penile Redness
I am an uncircumcised male (24 y/o). I am having redness around my penile opening (urethral). My glans also seems patchy and shiny. There is slight scarring of foreskin and recently I also experienced a think white-gelatinous discharge from my penis. I have had a tight foreskin as a teenager. It is retractable, but faces friction when moved to and fro. I am not sexually active.
