Penile rash
I have a penial rash for a long time on the inner foreskin of the penis. The rash is not itching or any pain. When i use zincovit oinment the rash is gone but after some days later it comes back.specially after masturbating it slowly comes back.it looks like very tiny bumps.
Please suggest me some medicines or oinments.
