Hello doctors, I am 30 years old male and I am gay. There have been discussion about my marriage in my family and somehow I also wanted to get married to girl but I don't have sexual feelings towards girls and don't erected watching and thinking about girls. Recently I came across penile implant which primarily use for person having severe erectile dysfunction. My concern is that will it be possible to have penile implant to have erection and have sex with girl so that I can marry a girl. Because though I feel attracted towards men but I don't believe in same sex companionship. So I want to marry a girl more for companionship but as sex is the primary and basic need of girl I want to know whether is it possible or not?
