Hi, I am facing this issue where my penile foreskin isn't getting retracted since a few months, Do I need circumcision? What's the surgery cost and procedure? Is it painful?

Lack of Penile foreskin/prepuce to retract at this ag is secondary to recurrent inflammation to the skin and glans penis. Diabetes acn be one of the Etiology too.
If the skin is fibrosed, you may need a circumcision. The cost of circumcision varies with the type of hospital you choose to get operated at. However it is important to bfirst decide if at all you need a circumcision
