I had an Omnacortil 20 mg then 15 mg for 8 months. I was  fully ok till the time due to prednisolone. But as i stopped taking Omnacortil for 2-3 months, it again relapsed. Where ever crusty  lesions were , again it started to appear. Now again I am consuming Omnacortil 20 mg. Kindly suggest to me honestly, what Should I do now

Pemphigus vulgaris a chronic disease with waxing and waning for years. The medications given are immunosupressants and when taken for long without proper follow up, can cause relapse and adverse effects. It is very important to consult a dermatologist and be in regular follow up with your consulting doctor, so that you can be put on steroid sparing drugs in the near future
Next Steps
Follow up with consulting dermatologist for treatment change/ dose adjustments

Please come  in for an in person consultation. A detailed history and examination will help determine if steroids are required or uv we can switch to other lesser severe medication.
