I'm 5th month pregnant and having low lying placenta.
I started mild yoga from yesterday and I'm experiencing pain in my pelvis area after exercise. Although I have not done any squats or lunges. Just upper body stretch and leg stretch.
I also had loose motion.
I can still feel pain in the pelvis area. What should I do to cure the pain.
Is it good to continue yoga?

U can do any excersizes after 34 weeks not now ,u have to take almost complete bed rest ,take rest have water adequate and if any spotting or bleeding get one scan other wise dnt worry
