Pelvic pain

Asked for Male, 25 Years

I have a pelvic pain from last couple of months. It comes and goes. I checked my prostate it seems A bit hard. In ultra sound scan prostate size is normal. Pain occurs 4-5 hours after ejaculation and sometimes no pain.the pain is very mild. In between from scale 1- 10 the pain goes to maximum 2 . Is it prosetitis or i need ro worry avout PC.
