Pelvic inflammation disease
Performed  an ultrasound two months ago and discovered minimal fluid in the pod with pid and cholelithiasis. I took 14 days of medicine for pid According to doctor, and now, after 2 months and a few days ago, I again did an ultrasound and was still diagnosed with mild fluid in pod with pid.  I am not sexually active for one and half years. Why did fluid increase in my pod when I already took the treatment? What does this mean, and what should I do now?

PID is not diagnosed on ultrasound. It's a clinical finding. Minimal fluid in pod is suggestive of ovulation has occurred in that cycle. Get an ultrasound done at a good centre and go for gynecological pelvic examination
