Pelvic and stomach pain

Asked for Female, 28 Years

So i have few concerns it has been driving me crazy these past weeks. I have been having pain in vaginal and pelvic area and stomach for weeks had tests done and pap smears and everything was normal. They did a pelvic ultrasound and found nothing abnormal. So my question is what in the world could it be it comes and goes but its persistant I have them everyday and it feels like a sharp cramping pain. I have 2 appointmemts scheduled for this week but I cant stop thinking or wondering about it.
