  4. Pelvic and back pain. Undergo surgery.

Hi...I have a big endometrial cyst and a fibroid...my Periods are very painful and I have severe back pain, I have been taking homeopathic treatment for 7 months...but the symptoms keep coming back after 3 months....it is very painful.. please guide me as I do not want to undergo surgery..

If your endometriotic cyst is more than 6cms and you have multiple fibroids too....and your age is 44 ....I would suggest to get the uterus removed.

Tablet are available in the market.Consult with gynaecologist and get done basic ultrasonography .Start the tablet minimum for 3 months then again get done ultrasonography for size of endometriotic cyst.
