Pectoral muscle pain both sides
Pectoral muscle pain after pushups .. since 3 months pain is there.. did physiotherapy also but still if i bend 2or 3 times pain is coming dng physiotherapy excercise also . Arms and shoulderrotation set5 . Neck excercise also.isometric .. chest excercise also ..i had cervical spondylitis digaonesed in dec .sharing the reports . Which dr to consult... and wt to do.. neck pain indont have often .. if i use mobile for long only i have pain in the neck very rarely..
