5 months backdid pushup chest pectoral major muscle pain occured.
so after wards did physiotherapy also 14 days still if i bend for 2 times also pain is there .so stopped excercise for 5 months completely.
After 5 months i did excercise 10 days back for 10 mins after excercise pain came severely.
Again i stopped excercise.
Yesterday I did excercise for22 mins cardio beginner after wards chest middle lo slightly pain came after applying ointement it went off
. My doubt is shall i do excercise or not atleast for 20 mins daily??
