TND means target not detected. Each machine is calibrated to rected from certain number of copies of viral DNA. older machines can only detect if copies more than 450, and some newer machine can detect copies more than 20. So, if you are on treatment,then TND means, virus is adequately suppressed with current regimen and no need to change it
