PCOS Pregnancy can be in quick time?

Asked for Female, 22 Years

Only for last two months my wife period is getting delayed for 5 and 10 days... after consulting scan doctor found PCOS Bilateral Polycyst ovaries. with 3.xx in both sides.. my wife is very scared and thinking lot about whether she can be pregnant..or how quickly she can be pregnant like that... please advice the minumum time frame for PCOS can be cured.
