Pcos, Meprate but brown discharge.

I have pcod and take meprate 10mg for 5 days when i don't get periods and then withdrawal bleeding comes after 5 days around. This time I took meprate but didn't had periods it's been 9 days since i had my last dose. It feels like period pain but no periods. Also i had a brown discharge. I had intercourse 2 months before after which i took unwanted 72 within 24hrs and got withdrawal bleeding within a week for 5 days and after 2 weeks later my regular normal periods came for 5 days too but after that the next month i didn't had periods so now after 1 month of period skip i took meprate and this is happening. I also took a urine pregnancy test to confirm and it came negative. I don't want to be pregnant and I'm freaking out need guidance. Please tell what's wrong with me and what should i do i need some explanation and guidance.
