Difficulty conceiving (pcos)
I am currently trying to conceive since more than a year now with pcos. I monitor lh levels along with bbt temperature to determine ovulation. A couple of months back I had undergone variety of tests which came back as normal, however the TSH was 3.84. Since I currently reside in the UK, the GP here had mentioned that it'd within normal range which should be < 5, however I have read an article that for conceiving it should be less than 2.5. Is this accurate that I have high tsh which might be making it difficult to conceive? Are there any ways to reduce tsh levels naturally or is the only way to take medication? My AMH level is 4.13, is this way too high given that I have pcos? The progesterone level on day 6 after ovulation was around 42.

Current guidelines advise to maintain TSH below 2.5 when trying for pregnancy. Usually a small dose of meds can be useful. AMH is high sue to PCOS. And your progesterone levels suggest you are ovulating. If the other tests- semen analysis and tubal patency are normal, you can try for natural conception
