Pcos irregular periods. Kindly suggest.

Hi I'm 25 and my weight is 55 kg... I have pcos... My hormonal reports are all normal.. Bt my usg shows ryt overy bulky in size 10cc ...so my periods are always irregular.. I was on pills Doris for one year.. After that i stop taking the pills and start having ayurvedic things.. Bt my periods again started getting irreugular and i m having acne issue so i concerned the doctor.. They suggest me to take elastra 20 mg bt my acne are not getting clear it's been 5 months I m taking elastra bt periods are regular bt acne are not going.. As when I was taking the Doris  30 mg my skin remains clear... Bt elastra is not doing the same... I want to switch on Doris 30mg ...i want to know is it okk to switch or it will affect my health... As dronis /Doris salt and concentration is different than elastra...kindly suggest...
