PCOS Diet Solution
Hello Doctor, I am a middle class Bengali woman and have PCOS. Currently, I am preparing for civil services. I spend lot of time sitting as I have study a lot. I do some free hand exercise and take walk in the morning. In the morning- Tea biscuit Breakfast- 2roti and sabzi Lunch - Rice lentil sabzi , fish/ chicken/egg Evening- Tea and biscuits Dinner -2 Roti's and sabzi/ soyabean curry etc Am I on right diet? I am a social drinker and non-smoker. I don't have much sweets bt like chocolate. I eat various sabzis. Don't have fruits on regular basis except cucumber. My weight is 60kg. Please suggest. Thank you

You need to take high fiber low fat diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you.
