I am suffering from pcos. I am married for 2yrs and trying to conceive. My weight is 50kg.Height is 142.5cm. Age is 27.I have been given regesterone for period as it is irregular and been asked to take clomid for 5days from day 3.On day 9th follicular monitoring showed MSF till day 15th. Then my doc said there is no chance in this cycle. And asked me to come next month. Apart from medicines i want to make changes in my diet so that follicles can grow. Curreny i am practicing yoga at home. Please help me.

Take high fibre diet n low fat n carbohydrates diet plan and do exercises.
Fruits and vegetables.
Drink water 16glasses daily
Stop eating outside foods and packets foods junkfoods etc fatty food's and sweets and cold drinks chocolates ice cream
