PCOS and corpus luteal cyst
So I had a pelvic ultrasound and it says I have corpus luteal cyst of 2.7 cm on my right ovary. I have 22 follicles in right ovary and 25 follicles in left ovary. Endometrium is within 15mm normal. What is the corpus luteal cyst? My last period was on 28th February and I haven't had my period this month for 1 week now and trying to conceive. Attached my prescription. Does it suggests PCOS?

It suggests polycystic ovaries. Corpus luteal cyst occurs normally after ovulation. Nothing to worry about it.
