Pcos and bleeding
Hi i have pcos since 2008. Right now my cycles are fairly regular with 30-45 days gap. No facial hair or diabetes or acne or thyroid. However i have been getting cramps n spotted blood in urine or panty at least 3-4 times. It lasts sometimes n other times it's one off. Ultrasound confirms pcos , no stone found. Urine culture is ok too. Any suggestions on what is next step?

Get yourself examined by a gynaecologist to see if the bleed s vaginal or from urinary tract. You could be hvng some polyp which may bleed intermittently. A per speculum examination is necessary
