Hi, pcod and weight issue are vicious circle.  If pcod is there weight gain will be there, vice a versa if weight gain is there pcod will happen. We can break this vicious circle by working on weight reduction.  Don't go for fad diets, try to take balance diet with control on high glycemic foods and control on portion size.  There is insulin resistance with pcod and certain other issues also.  These all can be dealt with the help of safe and highly effective homeopathic medicines, modification in your diet, excercise pattern.  For online consultation contact at https://www.practo.com/delhi/doctor/dr-suman-mohan-homoeopath?results_type=doctor Or whatsapp at  93139      33661

PCOD is due to hormonal disturbance wherein male hormones increase and female hormones decrease. Medicines do provide some relief but are not a permanent solution. Hormone disturbance happens due to lifestyle and food. Market and packed foods are the biggest culprits. So avoid. Your highest intake should be of natural foods like fruits, salads, steamed veggies, nuts & seeds. Then cooked food and no packed food. Reduce intake of sugar, oil & salt. Doing 30 mins of pranayama helps in hormonal balance.
