Currently I am taking oziva herbalance drink daily and amycordial syrup 2tsp 2 times a day can I take carbamine forte pcos supplement with all these? I do yoga daily and trying to work on my diet as well

Hello . PCOD is a lifestyle disorder . You can do exercise daily as pcod is caused by sedentary lifestyle. You can do yoga , pranayam , brisk walking daily . Do cardio 3 times a week . Maintain healthy diet . Add muskmelon , sunflower seeds daily in diet . Changing lifestyle will lead to regularise your periods . Acne and weight gain will also get reduced . It is a viscous cycle which you have to break by doing daily brisk walking for 45 mins .
