You can do exercise daily as pcod is caused by sedentary lifestyle.
You can do yoga , pranayam , brisk walking daily .
Do cardio 3 times a week .
Maintain healthy diet .
Add muskmelon , sunflower seeds daily in diet .
Changing lifestyle will lead to regularise your periods .
Acne and weight gain will also get reduced .
It is a viscous cycle which you have to break by doing daily brisk walking for 45 mins .
