Hi I have pain in ovaries, in ultra scan findings are right ovarian hemorrhagic cyst. Kindly suggest me. Whether it is serious or not. Can it be cured by medication or should I undergo surgery. 35*22 mm size of right ovary

Usually haemorrhagic cysts are associated with endometriosis and hence they respond only to hormonal medications. Also chances of recurrence are high after cessation of medications. Surgical removal s a preferred option hence
