I have very irregular periods since it started, but as i am knowing about it, i feel i have pcod. I gained weight almost 10-15 kg within a year. My period comes late and sometimes once in two months. Though i am try to control my sugar intake and following quite healthy diets. Earlier many doctors suggested me to have M2tone syrup. I never properly have diagnosed with pcod so what should i do.
