PCOS is a lifestyle disorder. It is not a disease. It comes and goes. Often we feel that we should get periods every month. However at least 4 periods period year that is once every 3 months is also ok in this condition. OCP like what you took can be continued for a few more months. Metformin is also often added after careful consideration.
Next Steps
It is important to understand that stress free lifestyle, mild yoga/ aerobic exercises or strength training for at least 5 days a week and including a lot of fresh fruits and vegetables in diet has to become a lifelong habit. We have to learn to live with the condition and keep it under control.

Thanks for your query. In PCOS, periods usually stay regular only while you are on hormonal tablets like Krimson-35. Once you stop them, cycles can again become irregular — this is common and treatable.
Next Steps
1. Get basic hormone tests: TSH, Prolactin, LH, FSH, AMH, Total Testosterone. This helps identify why your cycles are still irregular. 2. If no periods for 35–40 days: You may need a 5-day progesterone course (like Medroxyprogesterone 10 mg) to bring a withdrawal bleed, after ruling out pregnancy. 3. Treatment options to regulate cycles: Restarting a cycle-regulating OCP for 3–6 months (safe in PCOS) Continue Myo-inositol Anti-androgen medicines can be added if hirsutism is severe (based on reports) 4. Lifestyle: Normal BMI is good — continue regular exercise, healthy diet, low sugar/processed food.
Health Tips
Missing periods for long is not healthy, so regulation is needed. With proper hormonal evaluation and treatment, your cycles will improve.
